Our staff will be pleased to assist you. A deposit of 50%
of the full payment required with week reservation, for single
night reservation and less then a week, full payment is required.
The balance is due in full upon arrival. A confirmed reservation
is considered a commitment for the full period requested;
this is binding on both guests and managment. All reservations,
deposits are not refundable unless the unit is re-rented.
All refunds are subject to 15% service charge. Please note
that this is a request form only and that reservations cannot
be booked on a definate basis without confirmation from Hither
House staff.
